OPPORTUNITY TO DONATE TO HAITI CRISIS AND PICK UP SOME NEAT ARTWORK

It came to my attention that fellow artist and sometime Melbournian Sarah Larnach has arranged the auction of one of her rare paintings from the Ladyhawke series to raise money for the Save the Children Fund, which is providing aid for crisis affected children and families in Haiti. You can bid on her painting Kittens in Love (pictured above) here.
It's also come to my attention that a swagger of artists are getting on board with Sarah to put their own pieces up for auction, the official list of artists is yet to be released. I am donating one of the standout pieces from my Soft Cuts show, Our Lord of Tears (also pictured above) - a cut and engraved timber illustration fitted with a German timepiece (yes! it's a clock and yes! you get batteries included!). Sarah is currently organizing the final details of this auction, so I'll post more about it as details become available. Keep an eye out for this important fundraiser!!
